control model apache attack helicopter
Flying
a remote controlled Apache helicopter can be both fun and challenging.
A degree of skill and practice will be required to control the apache. This
two channel helicopter is the easiest model to fly but has the least maneuverability,
while the four channel gives more flexibility and reality but requires
a great deal of skill and practice and we would not recommend a four channel
remote control helicopter for any beginner as one crash can be very costly.
As a rough guide we would recommend the two channel for beginners - three
channel apache helicopter for experienced flyers and the four channel
for expert flyers only.
The
twin set of counter rotating rotor blades makes this design of remote
control helicopter more stable than single set helicopters by neutralising
the turning force of single set helicopters. The twin rotor model doesn't
require a tail rotor and uses less power to maintain stablity. The Apache
RC helicopter has a twin motor for turning each set or rotar blades which
provides additional lift.
