Page title qualifies the whole page text. The title for each page should contain you primary keywords but should not exceed 30 characers.

Page meta description should include both primary and secondary keywords. Try to keep your description to around 100 characters or about twelve words.

Page meta keyords should include both primary, secondary and supporting keywords. Although keywords are of little value in them selves, they may still be considerd by other search engines and may act as qualifying words to validate identification of keywords by the web crawlers.

This method creates credibility for both sending and recieving pages and also puts the link in the context of the sorounding text.
